We’re proud to announce that Scotlynn and Seagate Development Group have won the 2024 Silver Aurora Award from the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) for Best Commercial Project for the Scotlynn Fort Myers office. This flagship building encompasses a full service kitchen, recreation center, gym, basketball court, relaxation lounge, decks, and ergonomic work areas and offices, all with a bright, modern, exciting overall feel and approach that makes it stand out among office space designs.
Featuring 61 categories, the Aurora Awards encompasses all facets of the residential, commercial and remodeling industries. From overall design to sustainability, the awards program offers categories for each participant in the construction industry as well as sales and marketing professionals.
The Aurora Awards program is affiliated with the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC), one of two regional trade shows recognized by and affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Launched in 2015, Seagate is the incarnation of a vision shared by three highly accomplished real estate professionals – William Price, James Nulf and Matthew Price. Collectively, they have over a lifetime of experience in planning and creating bold, imaginative, innovative commercial structures.
